Cottage Inn has a great product with many options to choose from. This location tho, has incredible customer service as well. In particular, Amil is the man. He has fantastic customer service skills every single time I'm in there. Whether it's super busy, slow, things are going wrong, other employees dropping the ball. . . Amil is kind, courteous and keeps that place moving very efficiently. This isn't a one-time thing either. He's like this day in and day out. No tip I can leave would be sufficient to recognize him. It's extremely refreshing this day and age to get a sense that someone actually cares. Thank you

Alright, let's talk pizza! Cottage Inn is straight-up fire! As a pizza fanatic, finding the perfect pizza spot can be exhausting but this one definitely surprised me! Pizza is literally my go-to comfort food, so when I say it's top-tier, dammit it is! I love deep dish and that's what I got, it literally checked off all the boxes for me! But we do gotta talk comparisons. Bob's Pizza on 7 Mile? Yeah, it's a legend in its own right. But Cottage Inn? It's giving Bob's a serious run for its money. I can't definitively say which is better... that's like choosing between family members! Lmao but Cottage Inn is definitely up there. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the spot is not really like a dine in spot or anything but trust me this the type of pizza you wanna take home, lay in your bed watch lifetime and eat the whole damn Pizza. It's will definitely have you cheating on yo diet and participating in "Big Back Behavior" Thank me later!

Honestly my first time going there I had a great experience they made me barbecue chicken pizza and a cheese pizza with a little Italian seasoning I never had better pizzas i am definitely going there again tomorrow thank you

Really great chain pizza store. Love the flavored crust option for pizza. The Favorite is delicious! Would like them to be more heavy-handed with toppings but it's not a deal breaker. Everything seasoned breadsticks could be skipped. The seasoning was burnt but we still managed to eat all of them - ha! Liked the cream cheese for dipping, though. Need to try the cheesy bread. Will be back!

I have to give it up to Mr. Brian and the staff at Cottage Inn Pizza in Berkley Michigan. The customer service is on point and their pizza is by far the BEST pizza I've EVER had, like seriously! Keep up the great work fellas!

After my grandkids' dance recital my son treated us all to pizza and breadsticks from this restaurant, we got take out. We had a deluxe pizza, the Everything Inn breadsticks with garlic cream cheese and the Classic Inn breadsticks. Everything was great! I especially loved the Everything Inn breadsticks, I think they are my new favorites. I just might have to treat myself the next time I am in the area.

What does it say about me that the people here already know me by name? This has become our go-to for a long day when no one feels like cooking, or when you have those days where you just need a pizza. We've been rotating through the variety of gourmet pizzas and customizing our own just to try new things. The cuban pizza with the deep dish crust is my current fave. It's crazy how different you can make each pizza here taste- there are SO MANY ways to make each one unique. We have yet to be sick of pizza! The service here is excellent. Everyone we've encountered here is so friendly, and so helpful. Even with masks on you can tell they are smiling. I love that! My only complaint is that when we try to order delivery we can't order from here since we're technically in another zip code. We are 1.5 miles away from this location and the next closest Cottage Inn is 4.8 miles away, but it's in our zip code. The other Cottage Inn just doesn't have the same service or quality!
